Machinery can keep normal lifetime only under below good conditions:
1.Strictly comply all attention items that signifies in for-part of this instruction..
2.Pay attention to machinery clean and check regularly.
3.Pay attention to check all fastener parts, once loose is discovered, screw done immediately.
4.All movement surface should ensure enough lubricate and choose lubricate oil correctly.
5.Screw rod pre-mould and mould adjust hydraulic pressure motor rating pressure is 10Mpa, pay attention to this while operation. 6. Daily checking items as below:
a.whether there is line cut-off of heating ring;
b.temperature control position"0";
c.all electric implement switches, especially to safety door and urgency stop switch;
d.mould fixed screw;
e.cooling water cycle supply;
f.whether pressure react delicacy, correct;
g.Whether the fuel tank oil level's position does meet the requirement, whether the fuel head does have obvious fluctuation;
h.inspect lubricating-oil tank oil facial suture, whether lubricating oil sufficient, whether various lubrication points attachment's pipeline does have the leakage phenomenon, whether lubricates `unimpeded. If lubrication points do not have oil founded, it shows that this spot has the breakdown, before starting production again, it needs repairing.
7. Weekly inspection as below:
a.whether machinery all parts lubricate normally;
b.whether all screw of stroke switches loose;
c.whether heating ring loose, whether thermocouple connect material tube hole bottom well;
d.Grounding line contact resistance;
e.whether there is leakage between pressure oil tube and pipe tie-in;
f.clean filter of oil pump ;
8.Regularly checking as below:
a.Hydraulic fluid quality, new machine used three months must replace fresh oil, fuel tank needs cleaning, simultaneously filter of oil pump needs cleaning, later that all these device replace every year, in order to prolong oil pump, various hydraulic element and oil seal ring's service lifetime.
b.To electrical machinery and various hydraulic element, you must carry on the clearing to machine various parts, to guarantee machine's normal use.
c.Inspect whether all indication task works normally, whether all electric appliances in electrically controlled box become loose.
