Injection system is the main unit of injection molding machines, the most commonly used injection type is screw. During a cycle of injection molding machine, it can plastify a certain plastic raw material after heated, under a limited pressure and speed, inject melted plastic into mold platen and part formed.
Injection unit includes plasticizing device and power transmission device.
Screw type plasticizing device has raw material feeding, barrel, screw, plastic through components, nozzle.
Power transmission device include injection cylinder, injection unit, movable cylinder and screw driven device(Melt motor).
Clamping system is to ensure mold close, open and knock out products. At the same time, after mold closed, provided enough clamping force for mold to resist the mold pressure which caused when plastic into mold cavities, to prevent mold from cracking, of which may produce NG parts.
Clamping unit includes mold close device, grinder, mold adjustment mechanism, eject structure, fixed and movable mold platen, mold close cylinder and safety device.
Hydraulic transmission system provides power to all kinds of movements that calls for during machine working process, and satisfies pressure, speed and temperature requirements from injection molding machine unit. It was composed all kinds of hydraulic and auxiliaries elements, oil pump and motor the main power source of injection molding machine. Valves control pressure and flow, to make sure meet the demand of injection molding process.
Electrical control system is reasonable matching with hydraulic system, realizes injection molding machine process requirements (pressure, temperature, speed and time) and all kinds of procedure movements. Mainly includes electrical appliances, electricity elements, instrument, heating band, transducer and etc. Normally there are 4 control methods such as manual, semi-automatic, automatic and adjustment.
Heating system is used to heating barrel and injection nozzle, the heating band is the most popular heating method for barrel of injection molding machine, of which is assembled external of barrel, and supervised by thermocouple with different stages.
Cooling system is for the oil temperature.
Lubricating system is provide return loop for movement of movable platen, mold adjustment device, connecting rod grinder and injection seat, to reduce consumption and lengthen spare parts lifetime, lubricating can be realized through manual or automatic.
The safety device of injection molding machine is mainly used to protect the safety of man and machine, including safety door, safety baffle, hydraulic valve, limit stroke, light and electricity inspection elements, of which plays linked protection for electricity, mechanical and hydraulic.
Supervision system is applied to control oil temperature, plastic material temperature, system over-loading, process and machine malfunction, it will be alarmed and indicated if abnormal occurred.
